Ulfat Bangash is a strategic, innovative, mission-driven leader, with more than 20 years of experience in large, complex local and global organizations. He brings with him a diverse multi-sectoral experience in senior leadership roles in private and non-government sectors, with a proven track record of effectively managing interfaces of development programming operational and financial sustainability and building effective partnerships, both within and outside the organization. Mr Bangash has vast experience in Education, Health, Economic Development, Social Capital Development, Technical and Vocational Education, Disaster, Emergency Relief, Policy, and Advocacy with a variety of tangible and laudable successful programs and projects. He was instrumental in bringing back the out-of-school children in Southern Punjab, Interior Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Balochistan while working closely with renowned global and public sector organizations. He has played a significant role in launching and supervising the “Mother Literate Program” in all the districts of Kashmir and enhancing the professional capacity of more than 15,000 teachers are some of the credits to his name.
He is academically sound having and a veteran person in the development arena. He has a huge network in the public and private sector of Pakistan which he generally utilizes for public welfare and societal development. He is also well cognizant of the national and international legal framework and has vast knowledge about the regulatory framework, norms, and values of the Pakistani and international community. Mr Bangash intends to serve society without any difference of caste, culture, and creed. His philanthropic activities are being acknowledged across society.
