About Project:

Azad Kashmir is hard to access, villages are still deprived of many basic facilities due to lack of communication means and hard to approach via transportation.

Water supply schemes are such initiatives that take a huge amount to install. HDF voluntarily with the support of donors provided water facilities in such villages which were deprived of water for many years.

The earthquake has dispersed the water in-ground. We tried our best to facilitate the villagers either from boring the well or utilize the natural flow of water.

Outcome:

The project has successfully installed water supply schemes in 10 villages and due to these schemes, approximately 20,000 people were benefited.
